Barton utilizes both conventional horizontal style molding presses and unique Vertical style molding presses ranging from 35 to 400 tons of clamping force.

This equipment gives us the capability to performs conventional custom molding, more complex over-molding, and unique insert plastic injection molding which combines different materials in the molding process to create custom Hybrid parts and components.

Secondary Operations:

Our skilled employees perform secondary operations and assembly of component parts to the customer’s specifications and quality requirements. We work with our customers to develop an appropriate SOP and subsequent control plan.
